Original engine of the department. It was retired/sold in 1962, later restored and returned to Sudlersville in 2017. The SVFC 1927 American LaFrance is preserved as a historical and antique apparatus, used for parades, displays, and heritage events, serving as a symbol of the department’s long legacy since its establishment in 1927.
