Church Hill VFC will be hosting a Pump Operators/Water Supply/Drivers Training Drill on Sunday March 22 @ 0900 at Church Hill Park.

This will be a great refresher for current drivers and could serve to knock out several required skills for personnel on Drivers Training.

Station 1 – Drafting and Folding Tank Operations – moving water tank to tank, supplying fireground.

Station 2 – Attack Pumper – supplying multiple handlines (Various lengths and sizes) determining correct PDP, and GPM flows

Station 3 – Ladder Pipe Operations, Supplying the ladder pipe – calculating flows and PDP based on elevation.

Station 4 – Tanker Shuttle Ops, Tanker Fill Set-up using the tank behind Station 5.

We are looking for participation from each company to make this a worthwhile drill, it will also provide a time to look at apparatus capabilities and share some camaraderie between the companies.
